Making A Purchase

Any purchases of products from the Cheltenham Collection store are subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully. We recommend that you also print a copy.

From time to time these terms and conditions may be updated. Updates will apply from the time that they are posted on the site. You will be asked to confirm that you have read the latest terms and conditions each time you purchase products from Cheltenham Collection. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Shopping With Cheltenham Collection:

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your shopping, be sure to specify any sizes and quanities and then click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for the details that we need before you submit your order. If you are a new customer, please take a moment to register so that you can quickly log in when you visit the store again in the future. Your details will be stored securely and used only within this website. Please take care to ensure that all of your details are entered correctly as we cannot be held responsible if the information you supply is not correct. The Billing address must be the same as the address the card you are using is registered to. You can specify a different delivery address.

We only accept orders for delivery to the UK and Ireland. You will have an opportunity to check and correct the details of your order until you 'Confirm' section of the ordering process.

Once you have submitted your order you will receive a confirmation email which will include an order number, which you should keep safe in case of query.

If we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you by email or telephone.

Prices and Payment

The price for each product is stated in UK pounds and includes VAT. The total cost of your order will be the price of the product(s) plus the delivery charge.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Solo and Delta. Please note that we do not accept other types of card such as American Express or Diners.

We will take payment for the products on the day on which your order is submitted to us. Products are subject to availability. If we are subsequently unable to fulfil your order we will provide you with a full refund.

We try hard to ensure that all information relating to the products on the Cheltenham Collection store is accurate. However, despite our best efforts a product may be incorrectly priced. If this happens we will contact you to check whether you still want the product at the correct price or wish to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Trades Descriptions Act

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are correct at any given time. Colour reproduction is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow. All offers are subject to availability.
