Delivery Charges:

Below £10.00 - £2.00 charge.

Up to £24.99 - £4.50 charge.

Above £25.00 - £5.50 charge.

 

International shipping rates are as follows:

Below £10.00 - £8.00 charge.

Up to £24.99 - £10.00 charge.

Above £25.00 - £12.00 charge.

 

Delivery Schedule

Orders will be subject to the standard 21 day delivery terms. Please allow additional time for delivery around public holidays. We cannot guarantee a particular delivery day or time.

Guarantee

At the Cheltenham Collection we are constantly striving to provide the best possible service and we hope that you will be delighted with your products. However we understand that there may be occasions when you will find it necessary to return an item. The process for returning items is set out in the Returns Policy section below.

Returns Policy

Faulty Products/Refunds

A full refund will be offered on any goods not soiled or damaged within 21 days of purchase on the following conditions;

• Please use the returns label received with your order

• Please detail the reason / fault for returning your goods

• Your order number must be included

 

Following receipt of the returned product we will send you a replacement product or, if one is not available, we will provide you with a full refund. This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
