Below £10.00 - £2.00 charge.
Up to £24.99 - £4.00 charge.
Above £25.00 - £5.00 charge.

For Next Day delivery, the following charges will occur: 
Below £10.00 - £6.00 charge.
Up to £24.99 - £8.00 charge.
Above £25.00 - £10.00 charge.

Delivery Schedule
Orders will be subject to the standard 21 day delivery terms. Please allow additional time for delivery around public holidays. We cannot guarantee a particular delivery day or time.

Delivery will be made by either standard post or courier. You may be asked to sign to confirm safe receipt. If you are out at the time of delivery you will be left a card with details of who to contact to rearrange delivery.

Faulty Products/Refunds
A full refund will be offered on any goods not soiled or damaged within 21 days of purchase.

Please ensure that you enclose your name and Order Number. Following receipt of the returned product we will send you a replacement product or, if one is not available, we will provide you with a full refund.

Following receipt of the returned product we will issue with a full refund for the original price of the product and delivery charge.
